A full refund within thirty days

You can have all of your money back within thirty days of buying. You do not have to say why, and you do not have to have installed anything.

Three places to ask for it

• The purchase email. The email called Your Ekadant, sent to the address you bought with, has a refund me link, with the last day it works printed beside it.
• Your download page. The page your download link opens has the same link under the download button.
• The dashboard. Open Your copy and press Refund in full. It is there for the thirty days, and then it goes.

Any one of them is enough. Each records the request once, so pressing more than one does nothing more. If you can't reach any of them, write to hello@polyglyphanalytica.com with the Paddle reference from your receipt (it begins txn_) and we do it by hand.

What happens next

Paddle, who took the payment, reviews the request and returns the money to the card or account it came from, usually within a few days. Your copy stops working when the refund is approved, and the download link stops with it. Until then it keeps working, so a request that is refused takes nothing away.

What Ekadant built for you stays yours. Your products, their code and their repositories are untouched by a refund.

A chargeback raised with your bank has the same effect as a refund: the licence ends when the bank rules on it, and comes back if the chargeback is reversed.

Renewals

A renewal buys another twelve months of updates and is refundable within thirty days of the renewal, on the same terms. Write to hello@polyglyphanalytica.com with the Paddle receipt for the renewal. It is done by hand, and your update window goes back to what it was before. The licence itself is untouched.

Trials

A trial costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund. It simply stops at the end of its fourteen days.

After thirty days

There is no refund after the thirtieth day. Your copy keeps working for as long as you like, at the version it is entitled to. If something is wrong with it, write to hello@polyglyphanalytica.com and tell us what. A real person reads it, and a fault we can fix is fixed in a release. None of this takes away rights the law where you live gives you as a consumer.
